Gaming Content Creator Internship (REMOTE)
Objective
As a Student Content Creation Intern, you will collaborate with the team to gain practical experience in both social media and media production. You will create short-form video content about the video game and esports industry.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Assist in managing social media content, creating engaging posts, and connecting with the audience.
Short-Form Video production: Assist in all aspects of video production including editing, graphics, and animations.
Editing and Post-production: Assist in video and image editing.
Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content across various media channels.
Qualifications
3.0+ GPA is preferred in HS or college.
Current student at a 2-year college, 4-year university, Masters program, or a High School senior.
Experience with using social media platforms (X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Discord).
Working knowledge of esports and gaming (preferred).
Must have an in-depth working knowledge of TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, & CapCut or could have in-depth knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Davinci, or other video editing software.
Ability to create and edit videos from scratch or recorded content.
Working knowledge of animation software such as Adobe After Effects is a plus.
Ability to work individually and in a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates creativity and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work 5-10 hours per week remotely.
Possesses strong time-management skills with multiple deadlines and tasks.
Must have an in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Experience with photography and photo editing programs is a plus.
Duties are not limited to the above and additional tasks may be assigned.
Open to international students.
Must be 16 years of age or older.

Commitment
5-10 hours per week remotely.
The duration of the internship is typically one semester, but many interns stay on for longer.
Online meeting times will be coordinated with the Executive Director.
